A great opportunity to elevate your credentials with a Broker's license. This course satisfies the 150 hour education requirement outlined by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission to qualify for a NJ Broker license as well as the NJ Instructor license. The education is comprised of 3 courses, a 90 hour general broker’s pre-license course, a 30 hour pre-license course on brokers' ethics and agency law and a 30 hour pre-license course on office management and related topics. All 3 courses must be successfully completed within two years of application to qualify for the state broker exam.

You can complete the course entirely online at your own pace, and the tuition includes engaging course materials, glossary of terms, video resources, and downloadable course materials.

Login Credentials: Once purchased, students will receive their login credentials within 24 hours.

Program Access: Students will have six (6) months from the day they receive their login credentials to complete the course. Extensions are available at an additional charge.

After successfully completing the course, you’ll be eligible to take the broker state exam, and the NJ instructor exam!

Expired Course Policy: If the course expires before a student finishes, you are offered a repurchase of the course at 50% off of the current retail price one (1) time. This option is only available for 30 days after the full expiration date of the course. If your course expires a second time, you will have to repurchase the course at current full price.
