This class is conducted live over Zoom.  

Choosing a schedule: Choosing a schedule when you can attend all or most of the sessions is beneficial to your graduation success.  In NJ, the allowable absence from class is 15 hours. Exceeding 15 hours of absence will prohibit you from continuing the course. You will be required to restart a new course and will incur a restart fee. Exceeding the allowable absence in more than one schedule will result in the student having to re-enroll for full tuition.

Requesting to Transfer to another schedule: A transfer requested through week 1 of class is free of charge. After week 1, a student moving to a new schedule will incur a restart fee.

Virtual Attendance: Cameras must be on with the student in frame during every session to be counted as present in the virtual class.

Welcome Email with course guidelines: Students receive a Welcome email the week prior to the start of class. This email will outline in-class policies and post-class instructions.  

Textbook(s):  Textbook(s) ship the week prior to class, arriving before the first session. Textbooks ship to the address in your enrollment. Late enrollment may result in a delay in receiving textbook(s). Textbook(s) and shipping fee are included in the tuition.

Course Exams: Final exams are built into the course syllabus. Exams are derived directly from the textbook and class discussions. Final exams are administered electronically in the Zoom format. Students who fail the course final exams are given the opportunity to retest in scheduled sessions for a retest fee.

Minimum technical requirements for the class are personal laptop, tablet or iPad with camera, speakers, a microphone and internet connectivity.
