This is a live class conducted over Zoom in a set schedule.

The Broker course is 3 sections and schedules will run: 

90Hr Core: Sept 1st to Oct 29th on Tue and Thu from 9:00 to 2:00
30Hr Ethics & Agency Law: Nov 3rd to 12th on Tue and Thu from 9:00 to 4:30
30Hr Office Mgmt: Dec 1st to 17th on Tue and Thu from 9:00 to 2:00

Textbooks: Course tuition includes 3 textbooks and shipping cost. Textbooks will ship after enrollment. Once shipped textbooks are non-refundable. Late enrollment may result in textbooks arriving after the start of class. 

Attendance: Cameras must be on during every session to be counted in attendance. Exceeding a maximum of 20% absence time from each section/subject of the course, will result in the student having to restart that section/subject in a new schedule.

Policies & Guidelines: Students receive a Welcome email prior to the start of class that outlines in-class policies and post-class instructions.

Course Exams: There are final exams at the conclusion of each section of the course. Exams are derived directly from the textbook and class discussions. Final Exams are administered electronically in the Zoom format.

CE Credits for this class: This 150Hr course earns CE credits after successful completion of each section. 90Hr = 83 Core, 6 Ethics and 1 Fair Housing; 30Hr Off Mgmt = 28 Core, 2 Ethics; 30Hr Ethics & Agency Law = 30 Ethics plus NAR Code of Ethics requirement.
